Cloud digital signage
Sheencast turns any browser-based display into a managed screen. Build playlists, schedule content, and push updates in real time — all from one console.
No hardware to buy. No app to install — your screens just open a URL (most smart TVs and streaming sticks — check yours).
What you get
Set your screens once and let them play. Sheencast keeps content fresh, recovers from network drops on its own, and tells you exactly what played.
An 8-digit code turns any browser — smart TV, tablet, kiosk, or mini-PC — into a screen. Fire TV Stick, Chromebook, Raspberry Pi, Android TV, or any Windows or Mac browser. No proprietary hardware, no lock-in.
Group content into playlists, set per-item durations, and assign them to screens or groups by priority. When schedules overlap, the highest priority wins — no conflicts to untangle.
Change content and it appears on-screen instantly over a live connection. Screens cache everything locally, so playback continues offline when the network drops, and multiple displays stay in sync.
See total plays, air-time, and uptime for every screen and every item. Export to CSV whenever you need a report.
Images, video, PDFs, web embeds, live data feeds, and reusable templates — organized in one shared content library.
Multi-tenant isolation, role-based access for your team, and a full audit log of every change. Your data stays yours.
Bring your own graphics
Templates are a starting point. Upload your own artwork, photography, video or a PDF — or point at a YouTube or Vimeo link — and schedule it exactly like anything else in the library.
JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP up to 25 MB each. Drop in a designed menu board, a promo graphic, or a photo straight off the camera.
MP4 and WebM up to 100 MB, stored with your content and cached on the screen so it keeps playing if the network drops.
Upload a menu, price list or event program and each page becomes a slide, collected into a playlist named after the file. Up to 50 pages, converted in your browser — the PDF itself never leaves your computer.
Pick YouTube or Vimeo, paste the link, and it plays as part of the rotation — no download, no re-encoding, and it costs you nothing against your storage.
Your uploads sit in the same library as templates, embeds and live data — same playlists, same schedules, same proof-of-play reporting.
5 GB of storage on the free plan, 100 GB on Pro and 500 GB on Business — shared across your whole content library.

Put your images, videos and menus in a playlist, set the days and times, and it starts playing.
